My Approach
I believe physiotherapy should have hands-on techniques at its core.

Using manual therapy to influence muscle length, nerve tension, and joint position is the starting point to solve pain and loss of function.

Because of the forces produced by muscles, a tandem approach is needed, with muscle retraining and strengthening as an integral part of treatment.
What to Expect
Hands-on physiotherapy using specific soft tissue massage and joint mobilisation techniques.

A specific and tailored home exercise plan, fully supported by PhysiTrack via email, app, or printed instructions.

Ultrasound and/or interferential therapy.

Kinetic taping (K-taping) for muscle, joint, and sports injuries.
