Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take debit/credit cards?
Yes. You can pay using card, cash or bank transfer.
Is there parking?
The practice is at the top end of the pedestrianised area of Dingwall High Street. There is parking behind Renato’s Fish and Chip Shop, close by at Inchvannie Court Car Park and also at Tesco.

Do you offer evening appointments?
Yes. Please see the opening hours.

Are you recognised by private insurance companies?
Yes. I am fully registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). It is a legal requirement to have HCPC membership to practise as a physiotherapist in the UK.

Can my employer pay for my treatment?
Yes. Your employer can settle an invoice for treatment on your behalf.
What should I wear?
Loose fitting clothing is helpful. If attending for a lower limb problem it’s handy to bring shorts with you.

Do I have to sign up for a certain number of treatments?
No. You can come as often or as little as you want to.
Is there a café nearby?
Yes. Deas Cafe is nearby and The Courtyard Cafe and Batty's Baps are a few minutes' walk away. Batty's offers a great selection from breakfast until late afternoon (they also cater for gluten-free and vegan diets).

I’ve had a bad experience in the past. Will you listen to me?
Yes. Treatment is a partnership between us and will move at the pace you would like it to. I recognise that some people have easily irritated symptoms and/or a delayed pain response.
Will you explain what you’re going to do?
Yes. Your verbal consent will always be asked for.
Do you use my information for marketing?
No, nor do I share your information with any other company.
Is there an age limit on who you will treat?
No. We do ask for a parent/guardian to accompany children aged 16 and under.
